What you will learn during the workshop:
• Uncover the secrets of making traditional handmade artisanal soy
 sauce, and how it differs from commercially produced soy sauce.
• Learn how to identify naturally fermented soy sauce and the
 different grades of soy sauce.
• Learn what is ‘Umami’ and how it tastes like.
• Learn about the history of Nanyang Sauce and be able to taste
 seven of Nanyang Sauce's artisanal sauces.
• How to care for your fermenting sauces over the next nine months.


What you need for the workshop:
• DIY sauce making kit that will be
 delivered to you
• Laptop for accessing Zoom
• One small cooking pot and access
 to a stove or induction cooker
• One tablespoon
• A glass of drinking water
