• Challenge must be assessed by a Club personal trainer
• Register for a slot at the Sports Counter (challenge times from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. on weekdays
and 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays; by appointment only)
• Exercise routines can be found in the Gym
• Minimum age of 16 years to participate
