Culinary Crossover: Buffet Brunch and Dinner

Culinary Crossover is an exclusive partnership between The American Clubs Tokyo and Singapore, where the respective club’s chefs will showcase their country’s signature dishes. Chef Nobukazu Toyama from Tokyo American Club will whip up authentic Japanese dishes and Tradewinds Chef Lee Hon Boon will give Tokyo American Club Members a taste of iconic Singapore dishes.

For a limited period in August 2023 at Tradewinds, savor Japanese specialty dishes by Chef Nobukazu from Tokyo American Club.
