Safe Management Measures

Members Entering The Club

 

• Check-in and out via SafeEntry and show proof to our staff

• Adhere to temperature checks

• Use the TraceTogether app or token

• Present the official medical certificate indicating negative COVID-19 test result if you have recently returned to Singapore via the Reciprocal Green Lane

Guest Policy

 

• Guests are only allowed at dining outlets from Mondays to Thursdays

• Guests are not allowed at any other times, and in other areas of The Club

Face Mask Policy

 

• Members and Guests are reminded to strictly keep their masks on at all times, except when drinking beverages, eating, or exercising

Temperature Taking Policy

 

• The Club’s handheld thermometers are for temperature taking from the forehead only. Please note that our staff will not be taking temperatures from the wrist.

• Members who do not wish to have their temperatures taken from the forehead are requested to walk past the thermal scanners instead, so we can verify that their temperature reading is safe for entry to The Club.

• We respectfully request all Members to extend their full cooperation to the staff.

• Members who do not play their part in upholding The Club’s safe management measures will have their names recorded and could potentially risk facing disciplinary sanctions as approved by the General Committee.

 

Book Slots via JOGA for Shared Facilities

 

• Members who wish to utilize shared facilities (e.g. Swimming Pools, The Quad, The Gym) are reminded to book their slots via the JOGA app

• Members who receive a "WAITLIST" notification should not head to the shared facilities

• Members who receive a "CONFIRMED" notification can head to the shared facilities

• For swimming pool usage, capacity limit for each pool still applies, even if Members already have "CONFIRMED" slots

Dining at F&B Outlets

• Keep your mask on, even if you are in between courses, or chatting after your meal. Masks have to be kept on even if there are drinks on the table, but diners are not sipping their drinks or eating.

• Gatherings or groups involving more than five persons in total are not allowed at dining establishments, even if they are split across multiple tables.
