Group Dining at F&B Outlets

Members are reminded that gatherings or groups involving more than five persons in total are not allowed at dining establishments, even if they are split across multiple tables. This applies to ALL restaurants, including Grillhouse.

There should be no mixing or intermingling between groups. Exceptions can only be made if all members of the group are from the same household. However, they will need to be seated at multiple tables, with no more than five persons per table, and with at least one-metre spacing between the tables. A gentle reminder to all diners to please keep your mask on until your food is served, and to also keep your mask on between sips if you are having a drink. Click here for more information.

SafeEntry & Temperature Checks

SafeEntry

It is mandatory for all Members to check-in and check-out using SafeEntry. Proof of SafeEntry must be shown to our staff before they are allowed onto the premises. Click here for more information on SafeEntry.

Temperature Checks

All Members entering The Club must have their temperature taken from the forehead and not the wrist to ensure accurate readings. The Club’s thermometers are calibrated for temperature taken from the forehead only.

Junior Membership

For Members with children between the ages of 12 and 24, The Club’s Junior Membership program offers an engaging platform to remain connected to The Club community. Your child will be issued a membership card when you register him or her as a Junior Member, to facilitate independent access to The Club without being accompanied by parents. Additionally, your child will enjoy a plethora of exclusive and exciting privileges that have been specially designed for their respective age groups. Current valid membership cards are required for admission to The Club. Children of Members who are between 12 and 24 years old who are not registered Junior Members will not be able to enter The Club while the suspension of guest access is in effect.

Enforcement of Measures

Government agencies have been stepping up enforcement on Safe Management Measures. Under the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act passed in Parliament on April 7, 2020, first-time offenders will face a fine of up to S$10,000, imprisonment of up to six months, or both. Subsequent offences may face a fine of up to S$20,000, imprisonment of up to 12 months, or both.

Businesses that do not implement or comply with the government’s safe management advisories may also be ineligible for government grants, loans, tax rebates and other assistance. More info here.

Additionally, Members who do not behave in a socially responsible way or do not cooperate with staff enforcing safe management measures, could potentially face disciplinary action in accordance with the framework approved by the General Committee. The Club will also face the potential risk of Clubhouse closure, if Members are found to be non-compliant with the Safe Management Measures.

Safe Management Measures include checking-in and out via SafeEntry and showing proof to our staff, adhering to temperature checks on the forehead, booking a slot at common facilities via JOGA, wearing your face masks strictly at all times unless when drinking beverages, eating or exercising, and more. View the full list of Safe Management Measures via the link below.

We seek Members’ and guests’ cooperation to stay compliant to all Safe Management Measures to ensure The Club remains safe for everyone.
