Group Fitness



Exercising in a group adds an extra dimension to your workout. Our wide range of classes will inspire you to explore new training styles and techniques, while keeping you motivated with other like-minded Members. It’s about going through an experience together, and then being able to share it afterwards! With low to high intensity classes available, there’s something for everyone.

Our weekdays fitness classes will be conducted at 8 on Claymore from October 14 – October 25. 

The temporary Gym (currently at The Quad Studios, Scotts Road Clubhouse) will be closed from Sunday, October 20 for migration to the new Gym. This means the last day of operations at the current temporary Gym is on Saturday, October 19. The migration will take 5 days, and the new Gym will open on Friday, October 25 at 6:00 a.m. During migration, additional group fitness classes will be offered; view the schedule below. All additional Group Fitness and Gym / Circuit Training classes will take place at 8 on Claymore. Thanks in advance for your kind understanding as our Fitness Team works to get the new Gym ready for operation.

- Group Fitness classes are charged on a per class basis. You can purchase a prepaid GF card for $50 for 10 classes, or pay on an ad hoc basis at $7.50 per class.

- Members can bring one guest per class for an additional $10 (please note this is exclusive of the $35 guest fee that all guests must pay to use the gym).
