The Club’s Gym is here to help all our Members achieve their fitness goals. Whether you have been training for many years or trying to get started on an exercise regime, our team of qualified Personal Trainers and Group Fitness instructors can support you on your journey to a fitter and healthier you! 


We have a wide selection of state-of-the-art cardio and weight resistance equipment at the Gym and a dedicated Group Fitness studio. Work out on your own, attend one of our Group Fitness classes or have personal trainer sessions with a traner of your choice.

FREE Gym Orientation


Start your new routine with our free one-hour gym orientation. Let our experienced Personal Trainers introduce you to the gym, demonstrate the use of all equipment and teach you what you need to know about safety and correct posture / form when working out. Gym Orientation is open for Members aged 16 years and above.



TGPC (Teenage Gym Proficiency Course)


Junior Membes are welcome to start utilizing the Gym once they turn 12 years! Register for our Teenage Gym Proficiency Course (TGPC) today and let our experienced Personal Trainer conduct a complimentary gym orientation. Enquire with any of our Sports Counter staff or email to sign up. All Junior Members between the ages of 12 and 16 must complete the Teenage Gym Proficiency Course before they utilize the Gym.

Personal training is a fantastic way to get customized one-on-one or small group guidance during workouts. Our competent team of Personal Trainers can help you whether you are new to exercise, want sport specific training or just need some variety in your routine.

Gym Rules and Regulations


  • - Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to use the gym. All Junior Members between 12-15 years of age must attend the Teenage Gym Proficiency Course before being allowed to use the gym. Email to book a slot.
  • - Guests must be signed in by a Member and the prevailing guest fees apply. Failure to sign in guests in advance will result in a fee of double charged to the Member’s account. Guests must be 16 years old and above. Member must be physically present with the guest at all times.
  • - Members must sign in for all Group Fitness classes and pay the prevailing charges. Registration for group classes begins 30 minutes before the commencement of a class. Member must be physically present with the guest at all times.
  • - All gym users are expected to be appropriately attired; this includes the use of proper sports footwear. Whether someone is appropriately attired will be at the sole discretion of the Gym Manager.
  • - All gym users are expected to practice good hygiene and gym etiquette.
  • - Gym users are to place a towel on the gym machines before use to ensure the machines are free of perspiration. Equipment is to be wiped down after use. Towels are to be deposited in the towel bins upon completion of workout.
  • - All equipment is to be returned to its rightful location after use.
  • - Mobile phones and other portable electronic devices are not to be used for voice calls or video calls in the gym. No video or photo taking is allowed in the gym except for exclusive private use, unless expressed permission is granted by management.
  • - Gym users are to use discretion when talking to other Members. Keep volume down so as not to distract or disrupt other Members working out.
  • - Bags and other personal belongings are to be kept in the lockers and not placed on the gym floor or in the Group Fitness studios.
  • - Gym users are requested to share equipment; no hogging is permitted. Please limit your usage of each equipment to 30 minutes during peak period (7:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
  • - No slamming or dropping of weights.
  • - No eating in the gym.
  • - Gym users are to follow instructions from the staff if requested to.



Operating Hours:

Monday to Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday: 6:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
