In his role as a swim coach, Rodel is committed to nurturing the potential of every swimmer he works with. He tailors his coaching style to meet the unique needs and goals of his students His teaching approach focuses on building strong foundations, refining stroke techniques, and always promoting water safety. As a lifeguard instructor, Rodel takes safety very seriously. He is certified in CPR, First Aid, and lifeguarding, and is adept in training others in these critical skills.
