Your Best Stroke – Session 1: Backstroke

Introducing the new Swim Strokes Clinics at The American Club. This specialized program is designed to refine and enhance your swimming technique, focusing on one stroke per session to help you master the nuances and improve overall performance in the water.

Session 1 will focus on the Backstroke style. Backstroke is ideal for swimmers who prefer keeping their faces out of the water. Enhancing your Backstroke technique not only improves your performance in this stroke but also makes the Freestyle and Front Crawl strokes more effortless and enjoyable. Additionally, Backstroke is perfect for 'active recovery' during swim sets.

Open to Masters swimmers and participants from our SwimAmerica program at Station 6 and above.

Member: $65
Guest: $75

Price inclusive of light refreshments.
