USA250 Fitness Challenge: Earn More as You Move More

April 1 – December 15, 2026

Beyond the Scale
Transform your body composition, hit your monthly targets, and earn rewards while getting stronger and leaner.


Challenge Targets:

  • Reduce body fat by 2.5%
  • Reduce visceral fat level by 2 or more levels
  • Increase muscle mass by 2.5%
  • Increase skeletal muscle mass by 2.5%


How It Works:

  • Participants must complete a body composition analysis using the InBody Machine at the start of the challenge
  • Results will be reassessed one month later (e.g., April 15 initial test, May 15 follow-up test) to measure progress
  • Members who achieve any one category target will receive a complimentary 30-minute personal training session
  • Members who achieve all category targets will win a grand prize draw. If more than one Member meets all targets, the winner will be determined by lucky draw.

 


The 250 Endurance Challenge
Swim, ride, or run your way to rewards for every milestone you complete.

Challenge Targets:

  • Complete 250 laps in swimming
  • Complete 250km in cycling
  • Complete a 25km run


How It Works:

  • Log your swim, ride, or run at the Club using your USA250 Passport
  • A Team Member will verify your activity and sign your passport at the end of each session
  • Redeem a complimentary cupcake at Central upon completing 250 laps, 250km ride, or 25km run
  • At the end of the campaign period, the Member with the highest number of completed 250 milestones will win a grand prize draw. If more than one Member meets all targets, the winner will be determined by lucky draw.


Terms & Conditions:

  • All swim, cycle, and run activities must be completed within the Club’s pool or gym facilities
  • Only original log cards will be accepted
  • Log entries are non-transferable

 


The 250 Master Series
Turn every workout into rewards by clocking 250 fitness activities and unlocking exclusive perks along the way.

Activities Included

  • Personal Training
  • Group Fitness Classes
  • Tennis Lessons (Group, Private, or Social)
  • Squash Lessons (Group or Private)
  • Pilates Studio Sessions (Group or Private)
  • Swimming Lessons (Group or Private)
  • Pickleball Socials


How It Works

  • To participate, Members must email sportscounter@amclub.org.sg with the subject “The 250 Masters Series”, together with your name and membership number
  • Clock in eligible fitness and leisure activities between April 1 – December 15, 2026
  • Receive a complimentary protein bar or shake for every 50 activities completed
  • Receive a $250 Club voucher upon completing 250 activities
  • After completing 250 activities, every additional 50 activities completed will unlock a complimentary activity of your choice (Personal Training, Tennis, or Swimming)
  • At the end of the campaign, the Member with the highest number of activities logged will win a grand prize. If more than one Member achieves the highest number of activities, the winner will be determined by lucky draw.


Terms & Conditions:

  • Only Members who have submitted a registration email to the Sports Counter will be eligible to participate
  • Activity tracking begins from the date of registration
  • Only activities logged in TAC Book App will be counted. Sessions must be completed and any cancelled sessions will not be counted.
