Get ready to power up with our Kettlebell Class – a dynamic workout designed to build strength, enhance endurance, and improve flexibility. Targeting major muscle groups, you'll challenge your body with kettlebells, promoting balance, coordination, and a full-body workout.

• Registration opens 7 days in advance at 7:00 a.m.
• Walk-ins are subject to availability
• Min. 3 pax for the class to start
• Classes with fewer than 3 sign-ups 1 day prior to the scheduled class will be cancelled
