Originating from China, Wushu is known to offer holistic health benefits for one's body, spirit and mind. When practiced using the proper techniques, this martial art form can help one feel more energized, fitter and healthier.
During the class, participants will learn basic Wushu techniques such as the Horse Stance, Left and Right Forward Stance, Cat Stance and Crossed-leg Stance. After mastering these techniques, participants will then be taught the application of the various stances.
Participants will go through a 10-15-minute warm up (including stretching exercises) at the beginning of the class. This will be followed by Section Two, where participants will be taught the “10 Shaolin Kungfu Fist Techniques”. Participants will revise this set of technique every week. The class will end off with Section Three, where participants will be taught a new set of routine from the “Zhou Family Kungfu Techniques” series.

Guest: $120/four sessions
Coach James has been practicing Martial Arts since 1967 at the age of 12 years old. Over the decades, he has mastered a multitude of boxing and weapon techniques that can be used for self-defence and to keep fit.
