Speaker Profile
Michael Jenkins, born and raised in Malaysia, moved to Singapore 24 years ago and now co-runs the consulting firm Expert Humans with his wife, Joyce Jenkins. Recognized for his influence in HR, Michael was named one of the UK’s Most Influential Thinkers in HR by HR Magazine in 2013 and 2016. In 2023 and 2024, he was listed among the Top HR Influencers in Asia Pacific by The Economic Times HR. As a partner of the UK-based FutureWork Forum, Michael is also the author of Expert Humans: Critical Leadership Skills for a Disrupted World (2021) and Toxic Humans – Combatting Poisonous Leadership in Boards and Organisations (2024).
