Lissy Puno is a Counselling Psychologist and Director of the International Counselling & Psychology Centre in Singapore. Passionate about emotional wellness and relationships, she empowers individuals and couples to build deeper connections. She also hosts workshops on relationship growth and is the author of Affairs Don’t Just Happen and Couple Goals.
