Tawana, a former consultant turned startup employee and entrepreneur, is now a global marketing leader at Meta helping the Top 25 Global Brand Advertisers become the best mobile marketers. Prior to Meta, Tawana has led brand and product teams at various FMCG companies. She’s served on numerous Diversity and Leadership councils focused on developing Women and Black Leaders. She holds a BA in English Literature from Rutgers University, an MA in Instructional Technology & Media from Columbia University, and an MBA from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.

Kim Underhill
CEO & Co-founder, She Brilliance Singapore

Kim Underhill is an Industrial & Organizational Psychologist, Management Consultant, Keynote Speaker and Executive Coach. Kim has amassed more than 25 years of international business and management experience in the food service industry, and has held senior roles managing fortune 500 key accounts. In 2021, Kim founded She Brilliance, a platform aimed at encouraging women to support and advance other women through its Mentorship Program and Learning & Development Masterclasses. She is the Immediate Past President of Daughters of Tomorrow, Board Advisor of Global Women in PR and Immediate Past President of Singapore Business & Professional Women’s Association.

Zann Kwan
CIO, Revo Digital Family Office
Co-Founder, Bitcoin Exchange

Zann Kwan brings with her 25 years of professional experience in finance and investments, of which the last five was spent working in cryptocurrency. She is the co-founder of Bitcoin Exchange Pte Ltd, a cryptocurrency pioneer that launched the first public bitcoin machine in Asia in early 2014. She sits on the board of ACCESS, the leading blockchain and cryptocurrency industry association. She is also a fellow of the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS). Zann is a CFA Charter holder, Chartered Accountant (CA, Singapore) and a Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA).
