Inspired by HYROX and Physical 100: Asia, the Iron Fit Challenge is your chance to push limits, test grit, and claim the title of the Club’s ultimate physical champions. Rally your squad, rise to the challenge, and aim for the podium – the top three teams walk away with a team trophy, individual medals and Club vouchers.

• Take on challenges like Tug-of-War, Power Push-ups, Team Max Deadlifts, Static Bike, Military Hold, and more
