Go on a self discovery journey with the new Sound Bath Workshop. Let vibrations from a combination of vocals, gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks invigorate your spirit and calm your mind. Sound baths can also help reduce pain, promote better sleep, discharge toxins and strengthen the immune system

Member: $21 per class or purchase a 10-session group fitness package at $166
Guest: $35 per class
