Release Muscle Tension: Trigger Point Massage Workshop Experience by Julian Eymann

Attend this hands-on workshop to learn the technique of releasing muscle tension, which will come in handy for yourself and your loved ones. Instructor Julian Eymann uses a simple accessible teaching system so participants learn efficient, easy and fast body work techniques.

A certified Californian massage therapist since 1998 and a graduate of the International Massage Association, Julian is trained in deep tissue, trigger point massage and sports therapy. He has worked in world-class facilities and hotels around the world, including Four Seasons Resort Maldives, Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong and Kamalaya Koh Samui.

Julian has been a guest therapist at The American Club since 2012, with many Members returning specifically for his massages.
