Discover the joy of yoga and spend quality time with your little one at this Parent & Child Yoga class. Yoga is a wonderful way to promote health, relaxation and mindfulness in your kids.

About the Instructor
Ashwini Kulkarni is a certified Parent & Child Yoga Instructor with a passion for promoting health and well-being. Ashwini specializes in various disciplines, including Pilates instruction, weight loss coaching, and yoga therapy.

Ashwini has been teaching yoga to both children and adults in Singapore for the last seven years. She firmly believes that yoga is a holistic practice that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit. Ashwini has experience teaching in schools, studios, and private classes.

Session 1: 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Suitable for children aged 18 months to 4 years old

Session 2: 11:15 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Suitable for children aged 5 – 10 years old

Guest: $60
