‘My Feelings’ Journal Workshop: Helping Little Hearts Understand Big Feelings

Designed for kids aged 4 – 7 years old, this interactive workshop helps them understand and express emotions through art, stories, and movement. Through creative play and guided activities, they will build emotional awareness, confidence, and resilience in a fun, supportive environment.

• No-shows will be charged the full amount
