Calling all Junior Members! Think you’ve got what it takes to be crowned the Club’s Junior Champion of the Week? Grab your friends and take on our exciting fitness circuit every Friday – the fastest finisher wins the title and a delicious Grillhouse pizza!

Week 2 – November 28, 2025

Activities:

  1. Ball/Hoop Challenge – Most hoops scored in 1 minute
  2. Sit-up Challenge – Most reps in 1 minute
  3. Push-up Challenge – Most reps in 1 minute
  4. Broad Jump Challenge – Furthest distance achieved
  5. Plank Challenge – Longest hold time
