Flexibility & Mobility Class

Led by instructor Jenny, this new fitness class aims to optimize your body's flexibility and mobility for improved overall well-being.

While flexibility aids in achieving full range of motion for muscles and joints, mobility encompasses flexibility, strength, and stability, ensuring comprehensive physical health and functionality.

Member: $21 per class or purchase a 10-session Group Fitness package for $166
Guest: $35 per class
