A champion for global Asian-Indian gastronomy, Chef Mural combines traditional Indian preparation methods with a variety of flavors across cultures, resulting in uniquely juxtaposed culinary offerings. He led his previous team to be awarded a Michelin star in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
