Culinary Crossover is a unique collaboration between The American Clubs in Singapore and Hong Kong, where each club's chef will present signature dishes from their home country. Chef Li Kim Fung from Hong Kong will present authentic Cantonese creations, while Chef Kenny Ong from The 2nd Floor offers iconic Singaporean flavors to Hong Kong members.
