Dr. James R. Andrade is Senior ASEAN Advisor and Singapore Chief Representative for the U.S.–ASEAN Business Council, where he works with governments, multinational companies, and regional institutions to advance economic cooperation, investment, and innovation across Southeast Asia. A former senior executive at CapitaLand and Mondelēz International, he brings over 30 years of international experience spanning Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas, with a focus on leadership, technological change, and applied neuroscience.
