Buffet Highlights: Smoked Salmon with Onions, Capers & Dill, Seafood on Ice (Half Shell Green Mussels, White Clams and more), Pan-seared Scallops with Truffle Risotto, Beef Bourguignon with Mushrooms & Pearl Onion in Red Wine Sauce, Sweet Potato & Pumpkin Casserole, Carving Station, Eggs Station, Butterscotch Pudding & Gingersnap Crumble, Pecan Bourbon Pie and White Chocolate Profiteroles.
