bodyART is an intense, holistic, functional, whole body and transformative workout that combines strength, flexibility, cardio and breath work. It is based on the Eastern principles of yin and yang and the five elements.
bodyART training creates a dynamic balance between activity and passivity, tension and release. It balances the individual needs of each participant, while experiencing a vigorous yet energizing physical regiment.
Classes consist of exercises unique to bodyART, as well movement inspired by martial arts, yoga, physical therapy and classical conditioning. The result is a familiar and transformative experience for participants of all ages and fitness levels.
Every Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m.

About The Trainer
Nor Dee Dee started her dance training when she was young. Background as a Dancer allows her to focus on form and unlimiting oneself on the new. Embarking into a fitness career more than 15 years ago and she never looked back. Dance and Fitness are her soulmate.
She is a patient, understanding and a supportive instructor that cares for her class participants’ progress. She has been teaching bodyART for a few years now and finds herself studying deeper on mobility and functional exercises. BodyART has taught her about movements that are relevant for our body, increasing her awareness on injury prevention and pain reduction.
