Go on a culinary adventure this Deepavali with a specially crafted menu by Guest Chef Priya Joseph. Perfectly complemented by the wines of Château Tanunda, this exquisite menu comprises three appetizers, a soup, two entrées, four mains, and two desserts.

About the Chef
Chef Priya Joseph started her culinary career in a fine dining Italian restaurant. She then diversified her skills with Indian and South Asian cuisine, and consulted for various local bistros. In 2020, she was picked to lead Indian fusion restaurant YARANA, the ideal setting to incorporate her experience in Western cuisine. Not one to rest on her laurels, Chef Priya is also Executive Chef for the group that operates LIN Rooftop Bar, Brunetti ORO and SILVERMALT.
