Director of Leadership & Character Development, IMG Academy

Dr. Peter “Coach Pete” Paciorek is a former pro baseball player with the Dodgers and Padres. With 30 years of coaching experience and a doctorate in Servant Leadership, he is dedicated to helping students thrive through leadership.

Neil Christie
Vice President of Global Development, IMG Academy

Neil Christie is a longtime Singapore resident with deep ties to international and local schools. Having worked with students from over 30 countries, he is passionate about guiding young people to make empowered education choices.
