Join us at the Pre-AGM Sharing Session – an evening dedicated to engaging with your Club’s leadership and fellow Members as we prepare for this year’s AGM.

Come and:
• Meet the General Committee (GC) Candidates
• Engage with the Proposers and Seconders to learn more about their submissions
• Receive help with voting and administrative AGM matters

Program Highlights:
6:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.: Meet & Mingle with Members and GC Candidates (light refreshments will be served)
7:00 p.m. – 7:45 p.m.: Introduction of GC Candidates
7:45 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.: Presentation of Members’ proposed Resolutions by the Proposers and/or Seconders
