+65 OG Lager
A crisp, refreshing lager brewed for Singapore’s tropical climate. Pale golden with a clean, bready malt flavor, subtle floral notes, and a dry finish.

About the Brewer
Co-founded in 2020 by acclaimed brewer Kim Wong, Specific Gravity Beverage Company blends tradition with innovation. Within six months, its beers earned accolades at the Australian International Beer Award and Asia Beer Competition—a testament to Kim’s 28 years of brewing mastery.

Kim has a long-standing connection with The American Club, crafting its 70th and 75th Anniversary Beers and an exclusive Christmas Beer. Having brewed over 100 different beers, she has also collaborated with La Dame de Pic at Raffles Hotel, infusing signature teas and spices to create exquisite pairings for Michelin-star cuisine.
