Tuan Yuan, meaning "reunion" and "fate," is dedicated to bringing people together through authentic Teochew Bak Kut Teh. With roots dating back to 1991, this family-run establishment preserves the rich flavors of Singapore’s heritage dish using time-honored methods passed down through generations. Experience the perfect blend of tradition and modernity as Tuan Yuan continues to honor and share the legacy of this renowned local classic Teochew Bak Kut Teh.

Han Zai Lai, a modest yet beloved gem at the renowned Margaret Drive Hawker Centre & Marketplace in Queenstown, is celebrated for its exquisite Hor Fun creations. Every dish is a symphony of flavors, featuring silky flat rice noodles perfectly paired with tender ingredients, all bathed in a luscious savory sauce.

The mastermind behind Han Zai Lai is Chef Han, a bronze medalist at the 2019 Third World Chef Competition for Cantonese Cuisine. Known for his unique ability to infuse Beijing-style influences into traditional local Chinese dishes, Chef Han has carved out a distinct place in Singapore’s dynamic and competitive culinary scene.
