Perfect Your Stroke @ The American Club – Session 3: Butterfly

The Swim Strokes Clinic is designed to refine and enhance your swimming technique, focusing on one stroke per session to help you master the nuances and improve overall performance in the water.

Session 3 will focus on the Butterfly style. The Butterfly stroke is often considered the most challenging swim technique. However, with the right focus on timing, strength, and rhythm, it becomes manageable. Practicing targeted drills and incorporating fins can greatly aid in mastering the Butterfly stroke.

Open to Masters swimmers and participants from our SwimAmerica program at Station 7 and above. Guests with equivalent swim proficiency are also invited (minimum requirement: proficient in both 100m Freestyle and Backstroke).

Member: $65
Guest: $75

Price inclusive of light refreshments.
