Experience a unique culinary collaboration as The American Club Singapore welcomes Chef Li Kim Fung from The American Club Hong Kong for a special one-night event. On Thursday, October 10, Chef Fung will take over The 2nd Floor kitchen, presenting a six-course set menu featuring his signature dishes, with both regular and vegetarian options. Each course will be expertly paired with wines curated by our Head Sommelier, making this an evening of exquisite flavors and exceptional dining.

About Chef Fung
Chef Li Kim Fung, born and raised in Hong Kong, brings over 20 years of culinary expertise to the table. His passion for Western cuisine ignited at a young age, driving him to explore the diverse world of food. Chef Fung has honed his skills at renowned establishments such as Hong Kong Seafood Room, Cova, and The Regal Airport Hotel, before playing a key role in opening restaurants for culinary giants like Mario Batali and Gordon Ramsay. His career continued to flourish at the Hong Kong Club's sports bar, and he now serves as the restaurant chef of Forty Niner at The American Club Hong Kong, Town Club. Chef Fung's leadership is defined by his commitment to creativity, innovation, and the pursuit of excellence. He is also a proud father of two, with children aged 5 and 14.
