These sessions focus on enhancing strength, balance, and flexibility, catering to recommended physical activity levels for seniors. Whether you're new to fitness or looking to maintain your health, these classes offer a welcoming environment to start your journey towards a healthier you.
Flexibility & Mobility:
Mondays, 10:20 a.m. & Wednesdays, 9:10 a.m.
Flexibility & Mobility is a fusion of Pilates and Yoga movements to strengthen, tone, stretch and relax your entire body through postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques.
Sound Bath Therapy:
Tuesdays, 11:30 a.m.
Go on a self-discovery journey with Sound Bath Therapy. Let vibrations from a combination of vocals, gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks navigate your spirit and calm your mind. Sound baths can also help reduce pain, promote better sleep, discharge toxins and strengthen the immune system.
Yin Yoga with Myofascial Release:
Mondays, 6:30 p.m.
Yin Yoga with Myofascial Release blends slow poses for mobility with therapy balls for self-massage, easing back, shoulder, and hamstring tightness. This technique alleviates pain, restores motion, and enhances energy flow, fostering relaxation and freedom of movement.
Go BarreLess:
Wednesdays, 11:30 a.m.
Go BarreLess offers a fusion of Pilates, Barre, and Yoga-inspired movements sans the barre, incorporating props like balls, bands, rings, and weights. This workout will challenge your core, balance, and total body awareness to rhythmic beats.
