Website Registration

The Club recently launched a brand new American Club website on Monday, February 4. To all those Members who have already registered, we thank you for signing up and for the support. Some members have experienced issues at the registration stage and below is a more detailed explanation of the process.

Launch of New Club Website

The Club is pleased to announce the launch of a new Club website. UserIDs and passwords from the old website are no longer valid so it's important that you register as a NEW user on the website. For registration, please enter your 7-digit alphanumeric Membership ID (Example, A234400 or A234401) and your date of birth in "DD.MM.YYYY" format.

Chinese New Year Giveaways

Eagle's Nest Service Standards Survey

Starting February 5 at The Eagle’s Nest, and in conjunction with the new menu launch, is a Service Standard Survey that will be presented to you together with your bill at the end of your meal. It asks that you review each stage of the service experience. This will enable management to pinpoint problem areas and also provide data that will enable us to see if we are improving over the months and years ahead. It will be given to Members across all periods and will continue for a 7 day period each month. Members are encouraged to complete the survey at every dining experience over those 7 days and we have a lucky draw for each week as a way of saying thank you for providing the valuable information.
