Whether you have been training for many years or trying to get started on an exercise regime, our team of qualified Personal Trainers and Group Fitness instructors can support you on your fitness journey.

The Gym has a vast selection of state-of-the-art cardio and weight resistance equipment, and a dedicated Group Fitness Studio. Work out on your own, attend a Group Fitness class or have a personal training session with a trainer of your choice.

Complimentary Gym Orientation
Start your new routine with a free one-hour gym orientation. Let our experienced Personal Trainers demonstrate the use of all equipment, Gym safety and correct posture & form. Gym Orientation is open for Members aged 16 years and above.

TGPC (Teenage Gym Proficiency Course)
Junior Members are welcome at the Gym. Simply present your Junior Membership card and register for a Teenage Gym Proficiency Course (TGPC) today and let our experienced Personal Trainer conduct a complimentary gym orientation. Inquire at the Sports Counter or email sportscounter@amclub.org.sg to sign up. All Junior Members between the ages of 12 and 15 must complete the Teenage Gym Proficiency Course before they are allowed to use the Gym.
