Suspension Training 1-minute Challenge

 

Take part in our Suspension Training 1-minute challenge this month. Simply complete as many repetitions as possible for each exercise within 1 minute while assessed by a Club personal trainer. Scores will be updated on the leaderboard in the Gym.

Males: 16- to 35-year-olds

Males: 36- to 50-year-olds

Males: 51-year-olds and above

 

Females: 16- to 30-year-olds

Females: 31- to 50-year-olds

Females: 51-year-olds and above

 

Terms & Conditions:

• Register your participation at the Sports Counter. Registration is free!

• Slots available on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. by appointment only

• Challenges must be assessed by our personal trainer/s

• Minimum age requirement of 16 years
