From small intimate settings to large corporate events, we've done it all. Nothing is too daunting.

Step 1 - Book an Event
The first step is to use the form below to send us a request so we can lock in your date and time immediately as our facilities are highly utilised.  
Step 2 - Confirm Date and Time
Once you have submitted your form, our Event's Specialist will review your requirements and check on the availability of the venue and date/time slot. We will give you a call to let you know and to work out an alternate date/time slot if necessary. 
Step 3 - Venue Tour and Initial Event Meeting
If you have special requirements, we will need to meet you for a venue tour and to discuss your requirements in greater details.  Do let us know of any audio/visual (AV) rehearsal and performance schedule and also the anticipated attendance numbers. This gives us a better sense of your goals and vision for the event, so we can offer innovative ideas and appropriate suggestions.

Step 4 - Event Proposal

We will use the information gathered to provide a proposal for your event. We will make sure you receive a clear and detailed estimate for your planning and budgeting purpopses. You will have the opportunity to review the proposal and request additional items, shift the event schedule, and adjust equipment requirements. At this time, we will confirm space availability for your preferred dates. We can also place a hold on a date for you. A hold in our calendar is not a confirmed event; if another group is interested in booking the held date, we will contact you. You have 48 hours to reply and confirm or release your hold on the space.


Step 5 - Event Confirmation


When you have chosen your event date and venue, we use the event proposal as the basis to develop your event contract and affiliated materials. We send that material to you by email, and you have 14 days to review, sign, and return the material by mail, fax, or in person. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required with the signed contract.
