We are pleased to announce that the Club now offers the opportunity for Members to elect to receive electronic versions of the AGM packets instead of the traditional paper versions. This initiative aims to reduce paper waste and embrace digital solutions in accordance with the resolution adopted at the 2022 AGM:

“Wherever a paper document is required for any Club process, an electronic or digital form may be an acceptable substitute. Hard copies will be available at The Club and upon request. The General Committee will be empowered to decide the actual means of application of this rule.”

If you choose to receive the electronic versions of the AGM packets, please note that you will not receive the paper version by mail. However, hard copies will still be available upon request at the Club.

If you would like to opt in to receive the 2023 AGM packet electronically, please fill in this form by Sunday, June 25, 2023. To ensure that your preference is recorded accurately, it is essential that you provide the name and membership number of the Primary account holder. The AGM notices will be sent to the Primary account holder’s email address that is registered with the Club.
