Alvan Chan is a qualified Ron Fletcher Pilates and Mat Pilates Academy International instructor, certified personal trainer and sport massage therapist with more than 10 years of experience. He is passionate about imparting Pilates technique to improve his students' posture, muscle tone and provide post- rehabilitation for injury.
