The Fitness & Leisure team is pleased to introduce the new Vitruvian Trainer+ machine at the Gym.

Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, the Trainer+ will help you achieve your fitness goals. Thanks to its advanced artificial intelligence technology, the Trainer+ is designed to adjust the weight according to your needs, ensuring that you always get the most out of your workout.

Our Personal Trainer will demonstrate the use of this machine during the following sessions:

Date: Monday, October 30, 2023
Time: 9:00 a.m. or 5:00 p.m.
Venue: Gym
Capacity: Maximum of six persons per session

Participants will get the chance to try out the machine during the session.
