A Migratory Feast: Voices from the Kitchen in Singapore

Join Anurag Viswanath, author of the book “Migratory Feast: Voices from the Kitchen in Singapore”, as she takes you on a whirlwind gustatory and cerebral adventure across 16 kitchens in the simmering gastronomic melting pot of Singapore.

Participants will get the chance to dive into the cuisines of these 16 countries – including Sri Lanka, Romania, Canary Islands, Peru, Indonesia, Algeria and the Philippines – through a live cooking demo, and discover how food traditions migrate and morph and understand a plethora of similarities between food cultures.

The conversation will be facilitated by author, Anita Thomas.
