9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Body Pump by Cheerene
10:10 a.m. – 11:10 a.m.

Yoga Stretch by Cheerene
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Member: $22 per class or purchase a 10-session Group Fitness package at $166
Guest: $35 per class

Register via the TAC Book app:
Log into the TAC Book app > Click on Sessions > Gym > Group Fitness > Date

Terms and Conditions:

• Bookings open 1 week in advance at 7:00 a.m. on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Members may only make bookings for their Guests 1 day in advance
