Master Sommeliers’ Profile

Mathias Camilleri
Director of Beverage, The American Club

Mathias Camilleri holds the prestigious title of Master Sommelier, one of only two in Singapore and fewer than 270 worldwide. This accolade underscores his exceptional expertise in wine, developed through years of honing his craft to create seamless pairings that delight the palate. Mathias has garnered numerous other accolades, including 2015 UK Young Sommelier and International Young Sommelier awarded by Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, and the 2017 UK Sommelier of the Year.

Dimitri Mesnard
Division Vice President & International Brand Ambassador, Jackson Family Wines

Dimitri trained in France’s Loire Valley before moving to the UK in 1996, where he worked as Sommelier at Raymond Blanc’s two Michelin-starred Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons. He later joined Hotel du Vin as Head Sommelier and then Group Food & Beverage Manager, overseeing 14 hotels. Dimitri earned his Master Sommelier Diploma in 2003 and has served as Chairman of the European Court of Master Sommeliers since 2009. He joined Jackson Family Wines in 2008, now serving as Division Vice President International Brand Ambassador.

Pierre-Marie Pattieu
Prestige Account Manager-UK, Jackson Family Wines

Originally from the south of France, Pierre Marie began his career as a Sommelier in Michelin-starred restaurants in France and the UK. After 10 years in the UK, he moved to Hong Kong, where he continued to explore premium wines. Having visited many wine regions, he earned his WSET Level 3 in 2012 and Master Sommelier Diploma in 2022. Now based in Hong Kong, he represents Jackson Family Wines across Asia and Australia, working closely with top Sommeliers and Chefs.
