Cool Down & Power Up with Cold Water Therapy

Weekdays, 9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (slots are available in 30-minute blocks)
Located by the lap pool, right next to the Grillhouse staircase leading to the upper floor.

Try out the benefits of cold-water therapy after an intense workout session. Immersing in a tub of cold water has been found to reduce muscle soreness if done after a workout. Paired with an easy recovery swim at the pool and breathing exercises, it is one of the best ways to be back at your best for your next workout.

Price
A la carte: $42 for a 30-minute session
Package: $300 for 10 30-minute sessions

Terms and Conditions:
• While ice baths are generally safe, Members with high blood pressure and diabetes should seek advice from their doctor before participating
• Members must shower before entering the ice bath
• It is recommended that the total time spent in the ice bath should not exceed 15 minutes each session
• A 2-hour cancellation policy applies
