Test your endurance and strength in June’s challenge! Perform as many repetitions as possible to score the highest points. Participants may change hands but weight must never be put on the floor. • Register your participation at the Sports Counter. Registration is free!
• Slots available on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Challenges must be assessed by our personal trainer/s
• Minimum age requirement of 16 years; all Junior Members have to complete The Club’s Teenage Gym Proficiency Course before taking part in challenge.
