Chair Yoga Class

Tuesdays, 8:00 a.m. & Thursdays, 11:30 a.m.
(Starting August 20, 2024)

Chair Yoga is a form of gentle yoga that’s done while seated or using a chair for balance, making the practice more accessible. It has become popular among people who wanted to improve their balance, strength and flexibility through the form of controlled movements while seated and supported.

Props such as straps and blocks will be used to provide a better range of motion and support for certain poses.

Member: $22 per class or purchase a 10-session Group Fitness package at $166
Guest: $35 per class

• Min. 3 participants per session for the class to start
• Registration opens 1 week in advance at 7:00 a.m.
• A 24-hour cancellation policy applies
• Registration recommended; walk-ins are subject to availability
