1 Minute Challenge - Swiss Ball

 
One of the most common New Year’s resolutions is to get fit and stay healthy. Keep your fitness level in check with January's 1-minute challenge! Complete each challenge by performing as many repetitions as possible within the time limit. Participants with the most repetitions recorded for each challenge will walk away with attractive prizes.

• Register your participation at the Sports Counter. Registration is free!
• Slots available on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Challenges must be assessed by our personal trainer
• Minimum age requirement of 16 years
