2-Week Fitness Workout Challenge

Complete our 2-week Fitness Workout Challenge and walk away with a prize – it’s that easy! Simply perform the 8 exercises twice a week for 2 weeks.

End date: Sunday, May 21
Participants will need to record their completions on the chart in the gym (by ticking the relevant boxes) each time they complete a session. 
Scores will be tabulated by May 22, 2017.
Participants must be at least 12 years old and must have gone through The American Club’s Teenage Gym Proficiency Course.
